The Chicago Bears played the Carolina Panthers on Thursday Night and managed to put up a good show as they beat the team 16-13. While the team did get the victory, it was not the most entertaining matchup for fans to witness.
With neither QB Tyson Bagent nor Bryce Young throwing above 185 yards and scoring a touchdown, the pace of the matchup was slow. However, the Bears held on and managed to win.

After the win, DJ Moore, the wideout for the team, came to the defense of his quarterback, Tyson Bagent,
(The game) wasn't pretty but we found a way to win.
Heading into Thursday night, fans were loathing the matchup between the Panthers and the Bears as their performance this season has been nothing short of disappointing.
Tyson Bagent, an undrafted rookie, played similar to Young, the first pick in this year’s NFL Draft. DJ Moore went on to add that Bagent is 2-2 in the NFL, which is impressive.

The receiver further had this to say,
He(Tyson Bagent)'s 2-2. That's pretty good for a rookie. I hope he builds on that.
That is indeed a great score for a rookie. On Thursday night, it was D’Onta Foreman who put the Bears on the board as he scored 1 rushing touchdown. The team’s kicker, Cairo Santos, ended the night with the most points as he scored 10 via field goals.

The Chicago Bears broke a 0-3 losing streak last night when the team wore their alternative orange uniforms. This was the first victory they secured in this outfit, which makes it a lot more special for them. Next week, the Bears will need to figure things out and do it quick as they take on the Detroit Lions, a team with one of the best defenses in the NFL.
