Bethenny Frankel fires back at Ed Kelce after he branded her a ‘Troll’ over her comments on Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s relationship

American TV personality Bethenny Frankel was the recent celebrity to share her opinions on the relationship between the Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and the global music star Taylor Swift. Her comments were not well received by Travis’ father, Ed Kelce, who branded her a troll. And now, Frankel has hit back at Kelce’s dad.

During Tuesday’s episode of her Just B podcast, The Real Housewives of New York alum said that she understands a parent coming to the defense of their kid. However, she claimed that she didn’t like how Ed Kelce verbally insulted her instead of expressing his opinion.

I do actually understand and admire a parent coming to their child’s defense, particularly when they’re asked about it. I just wish he would’ve expressed an opinion versus just a verbal insult. As we teach our kids, it’s better to express ourselves than just criticize.

Previously, Bethenny Frankel commented on the Kelce-Swift relationship and said that it might be exciting for them right now, but they might struggle when they get into ‘real life.’ Frankel believes there could only be one ‘peacock’ in a relationship, meaning there could be only one who likes to be in the spotlight.

The American TV personality believes both Swift and Kelce want to be in the spotlight, which might affect their relationship. Later, Travis’ father, Ed Kelce, shared Frankel’s comments on his Facebook comment with the caption, “Who TF is this troll?” And now, Bethenny Frankel doubled down on her comments about the beloved couple.

After addressing Ed Kelce’s reaction to her comments, Bethenny Frankel doubled down on her comments about the relationship between the Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. She referred to Kelce as ‘loud and gregarious’ and someone who needed to be the center of attention.

I was saying, usually there’s only one peacock in a relationship, and I dated a guy like that. That was very over the top and very you know, just like loud and gregarious and like needed to be the center of attention. And I stand by that. I think that’s who Travis is.

Furthermore, she also termed Ed Kelce’s usage of words as a good clickbait move. Frankel also said that she doesn’t care if the Swifties came after her for her opinion.

Nonetheless, the relationship between Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce has been going smoothly. There are rumors that the couple might take their relationship to the next level during their upcoming anniversary in a few months.
