Tough times ahead for the San Francisco 49ers! After losing to the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl game, the Niners are currently in off-season mode, trying to strengthen their roster. One of their main priority for this off-season will be signing their star wide receiver, Brandon Aiyuk, to a long-term contract extension.

Amidst this situation, the 49ers’ All-Pro receiver addressed his future in San Francisco during a recent press conference. While cleaning out his locker room, Aiyuk was asked whether he hopes to remain with the 49ers in the future.

This question came as a result of the rumors and speculations about Aiyuk’s future with the Niners. Following the loss, Aiyuk’s girlfriend, Rochelle Searight, took to social media and dropped a bomb about her boyfriend. The social media star said that she and her boyfriend might not step foot inside Levi’s Stadium again.

However, she might not have been aware that the 49ers have picked up Aiyuk’s fifth-year option. The wide receiver will not hit the free agency in March. He could only be traded to another team, and it’s highly unlikely the 49ers will trade away one of their star players while competing for the Super Bowl ring.

Even before the NFL off-season officially began, there were many trade rumors surrounding the 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk. Amidst this, Aiyuk’s best friend, Draysean Hudson, ignites the speculations with his social media post.

In his Instagram story, Hudson questioned why Aiyuk only had three catches in the Super Bowl, despite being one of their primary weapons. He further added that was the reason Aiyuk wanted to get out of San Francisco.

Besides, he also hinted that Aiyuk’s next potential landing spot could be the Las Vegas Raiders. However, as previously mentioned, it is highly unlikely the Niners would be willing to trade away one of their primary offensive weapons.
