The New York Jets running back Breece Hall had a great season in 2023. He earned a lot of fans with his performance, including some crazy ones. After spending time in Las Vegas over the Super Bowl weekend, the Jets’ star running back returned to New Jersey and was met by a crazy fan looking for his autograph.
In a video acquired by TMZ Sports, the Jets running back Breece Hall could be seen being confronted by a fan at the baggage claim. According to reports, the fan asked Hall for an autograph, but the running back wasn’t in the mood to sign one. After Hall allegedly refused to sign an autograph, things took an ugly turn.
In the video, the angry fan could be seen shouting cuss words at Breece Hall, who managed to remain calm throughout the incident. It is unclear what was said that started the commotion. But the fan seemed really angry at the Jets RB.
So, be a man. If you’re gonna slap me, slap me.the fan can be heard yelling at Hall
Fortunately, the former New York Giants’ linebacker Carl Banks interfered and put himself between Hall and the angry fan. Banks’ interference seemed to de-escalate the situation, and the fan walked away from them. Check out the footage attached below.
Later, both Carl Banks and Breece Hall were seen together at the NHL’s Stadium Series game between the New York Ranges and the New York Islanders at the MetLife Stadium.
Nonetheless, this airport incident comes just a few days after the Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons called out the fans for chasing him for a photo. Parsons took to social media to shame the fans, who were waiting at the airport and chasing him for an autograph. Now, the Jets RB faced a more hostile fan.

Hall was one of the few bright spots for the Jets in 2023. Just 15 months after tearing ACL, Hall had a great season as he registered 1,585 scrimmage yards and 9 total touchdowns in 2023. He is expected to have a better campaign in 2024.
