The New England Patriots icon Tom Brady and the Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen recently got divorced after being married for 13 years. The relationship, which ended back in October 2022, even started in a shaky way. Just after a couple of months Brady and Gisele started to date back in 2007, the former Patriots QB found out his ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan was pregnant with his kid.

The revelation was a big shock for all three adults involved, but they decided to raise the kid together and give him a loving life. Moynahan once revealed how shaken she was after finding herself pregnant without a husband by her side.

“Going through that traumatic time of being heartbroken and then being pregnant turned my whole life upside down and inside out and just knocked the wind out of me,” Moynahan revealed in her interview with Harper’s Bazaar back in 2008. “But I got so much out of that. It’s golden and it’s tough and it was f**ked up. But now I have a child, and it’s the best thing in the world.”

Brady, Moynahan, and Gisele managed to co-parent Brady’s first kid, John Edward Thomas Moynahan, who is now 15 years old. Despite the shaky ending to their relationship, the 15-time Pro Bowl QB and the I Robot actress have prioritized their kid’s happiness and don’t have any bad blood between them.

In fact, Brady shared a picture of him standing with Moynahan and their kid after announcing his retirement. Moynahan has also publicly praised the Patriots icon multiple times.

Gisele Bündchen talks about co-parenting with Tom Brady’s ex-girlfriend

After getting a divorce from Tom Brady back in 2022, the Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen opened up about her 13-year married life with Brady for the first time in March 2023 in an interview with Vanity Fair. During the interview, she also talked about co-parenting with Tom Brady’s ex-girlfriend, Bridget Moynahan.

“I put myself in her shoes and I was like, ‘How can I support her?’ Because at the end of the day, we are team players in ‘How are we going to do this so (Jack) can have the best life?” said Bündchen. “We’re not playing against each other,” she said. “We are a team and that’s beautiful. I look back and I have no regrets. I loved every bit of it.”

Anyhow, following the mutual decision to split, the 42-year-old Gisele Bündchen and the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Tom Brady have decided to raise their kids as happy as they can and have chosen Miami as the home base.

Besides, Gisele has made a comeback to the modeling industry and Brady is taking a break from professional life to enjoy father time with his children. The 45-year-old looks to start his second career as the sportscaster with Fox Network in the fall of 2024.
