“Holy f*ck their GM should be fired!” – Browns fans can’t digest how ‘s*xual predator’ Deshaun Watson landed up with a $230 million contract amid veteran QB Joe Flacco’s heroics for the team
Flacco has only lost a single game in the Browns colors while completing more than 1300 yards in just four games.

The Cleveland Browns have gone through four different quarterbacks, and it appears that they have finally settled on Joe Flacco. The veteran once again went out on the ground and delivered the goods, throwing 27 of 42 pass attempts for 368 passing yards and three touchdowns in the 36-22 win over the Houston Texans.
Since Flacco took over the reign in Cleveland, the Browns players look rejuvenated and are finally coming together under one umbrella and making plays, which is exciting to watch. In the Texans game, he connected with wide receiver Amari Cooper 11 times. Cooper returned the favor, writing his name in Browns’ history books by gaining 265 yards and scoring two touchdowns. That’s a whopping 24.1 yards per catch.
Joe can throw the ball around the football field like nobody’s business. He knows what he’s doing; he’s almost 6–7, 250–some pounds. He’s a force of nature, man.Stephen Flacco, the Super Bowl winner’s (Baltimore Ravens) father, told the New York Post in an interview
The proof is in the pudding, as they say. In his first four games for the ‘Dawgs’, Joe Flacco threw for more than 1300 yards, 10 touchdowns, and 7 interceptions. The Browns must be over the moon that he didn’t take the analyst job on TV before the season started.
At this point in the season, it would be harsh to call the 38-year-old the backup QB in Cleveland. But the reality is, they already have a starter in the form of Deshaun Watson. Now the question is: will the Browns fans want to see the former Texan back in the squad once he returns from injury? That’s quite the conundrum.
Football fans make fun of the sticky situation of the Cleveland Browns choosing between Deshaun Watson and Joe Flacco
The situation in the Browns organization is such that one can write a Hollywood script about it. But these are real lives and real people with real motivational careers. For a long time, the franchise has been in the dark underbelly of mediocrity. Excluding the Baker Mayfield glitch in the matrix season in 2020, their last winning campaign came in 2007.

The Browns general manager, Andrew Berry, made some sweet deals to switch the fortunes of the franchise. Berry brought in players like Jadeveon Clowney, John Johnson II, and Austin Hooper. But not everything is sunshine and roses.
Of course, there are a few misses from Berry, and football fans will quickly point out the Deshaun Watson deal. He gave the three-time Pro Bowler a staggering five-year, $230 million deal. That would have mattered little if there were alleged s*xual assault allegations against the 28-year-old.
Football is an unpredictable sport and a business. It’s impossible to predict which cog will fit perfectly in the wheel. More often than not, teams don’t get the desired outcome. The Browns should count their chickens lucky that Flacco came in and took over the quarterback role. Imagine if he had stayed in the green part of New York; then they wouldn’t be in the situation they are now.
