The pop music sensation Taylor Swift has been the talk of the football world for the last couple of weeks. Ever since she attended the Kansas City Chiefs game — to support her alleged boyfriend Travis Kelce — for the first time back in week 3 of the ongoing NFL season, the global superstar has taken over the league by storm.

And now, there are questions about whether or not she will attend the Chiefs’ week 5 game against the Minnesota Vikings this Sunday. Well, the Vikings cornerback Byron Murphy has a devious plan if she pulls up to the U.S. Bank Stadium on Sunday.

“Oh man, the social media is going crazy,” Murphy said when asked about the league’s embrace of the Swift-Kelce storyline according to ESPN. “And I’m not hating against it. That’s the world we’re living in. Is she going to come to this game? We’re locked in, but that would be something.”

Murphy claimed that it would be cool if the 12-time Grammy Award-winning singer showed up to their game but not for the Chiefs tight end Kelce. The Vikings’ secondary has plans to use Swift’s presence at the stadium to distract Kelce if the ‘Shake it Off’ singer shows up to the game.

“I’ve been watching her since I was a kid. That would be cool, for sure,” said Murphy, further adding, “Not for him, because we’re going to try to get our hands on him in front of her. I’m going to say something to him to get him going.”

It hasn’t been confirmed whether Taylor will attend the Chiefs-Vikings matchup in Minnesota or not, but Byron Murphy seems to have a plan to ‘humiliate’ one of the best tight ends in the league if Swift decides to show up to the game.

This wild theory comes just a couple of days after the referees made two questionable calls in favor of the Chiefs in their week 4 game against the New York Jets. The Chiefs were able to secure a victory against the Jets on the back of those questionable calls. Even the Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner implied that Taylor Swift’s presence at the game impacted the officiating in a now-deleted tweet.
