C.J. Stroud was one of the best draft prospect a few days ago. However, recent reports suggest that his rank has gone down tremendously due to the S2 Cognition test.
The Buckeyes QB holds many Ohio State records. He has the record for the most passing yards in a single game. He’s also the first player to throw for 6 touchdowns 3 times.
Stroud was also a Heisman Trophy finalist. With these achievements and resume. The 21- year old QB was firmly fighting for the top spot in the 2023 edition of the NFL draft.
SInce the C2 test results were leaked, Stroud’s value plummeted massively. The Buckeyes QB scored just 18% in the test while other players like Bryce Young scored a near-perfect 98%.
Stroud was extremely annoyed with the test results and spoke extensively about it via Scott Fowler. The QB stated that he’s not a ‘test-taker but a footballer’.
“I’m not a test-taker, I play football. At the end of the day, I don’t got nothing to prove to nobody, so I’m not going to sit here and explain how I process football. The people who are making the picks know what I can do, so that’s all that matters to me,” C.J. Stroud stated via Scott Fowler. “There’s a whole bunch of people who know how to coach better, who know how to play quarterback better, who know how to do everything on social media, but the man in the arena, that’s what’s tough.”
