Cam Newton went from stiff-arming defensive players in the NFL to throwing people around on the sidelines of 7v7 football games. The former quarterback for the Carolina Panthers was seen responding appropriately to the TSP Crew, a team that was participating in the 7v7 tournament, but rather than throw the ball and score some points, they decided to throw Newton off by swinging at him.

One of the members of the TSP Crew or Top Shelf Performance Crew decided to diss the quarterback despite his entire squad getting humiliated on tape. The man attempted to play it off. His name appears to be John from the video posted online.

As though they had won against Newton, he said,

Hey man, I'mma say it now. They can't hide the film now. You know what I'm saying? Your non-throwing a** Atlanta hero quarterback cannot beat me.

He was taking a jibe at the QB who was born and brought up in Atlanta and is obviously now no longer in the league.

The exact details of the fight still remain unknown. All that is public is the video where Cam Newton is single-handedly fending off multiple people attempting to take a shot at him. To the quarterback’s credit, he handled the entire incident with grace. Despite the altercation, he immediately went back to smiling at other fans who were present on the scene immediately after.

Cam Newton is likely to address the situation on his podcast

The former NFL QB did not release any public statement on the incident after it happened. The assumption is that he will take some time to reflect on what truly went down, get a more detailed account of the reason for the attack, and then make a proper sit-down video on his YouTube channel. In any case, he should consider switching to the WWE or becoming an offensive lineman with his fighting skills.

The man involved in the brawl attempting to trash talk Cam Newton might have CTE after being beaten by him because from no angle did it seem that the former NFL QB was overpowered or being dominated. He had one man in a headlock at one point while throwing another man to the ground. Come on, how many QBs active or retired in the NFL can do that?

It is easy to forget that Newton is 6’5″ and weighs 245 pounds. That is a big man. He is built and is accustomed to throwing around defensive backs.

Just take a look at his tape. He won the MVP trophy, running through some of the best corners in the league. Under any circumstances, this level of disrespect is unacceptable. The men deserve to be punished through legal means for inciting the QB.
