After the blowout loss against the San Francisco 49ers, earlier this month, the Dallas Cowboys finally saw some light of hope after the 17-20 win against the Chargers. The team bounced back to move towards a 4-2 in Week 6.

After the game, the Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb joined the SportsCenter with Scott Van Pelt to talk about how the team gained motivation for this ‘resilient’ win over the Los Angeles Chargers. CeeDee said, “If you look at the game, it was clean. We didn’t come out…the way we wanted. We had a very slow start..we got on top of them really quickly..but as far as given everything done that we wanted to, I’m glad we came out that way. But there’s still a lot of things that we gotta work on.”

As a receiver, like you said, we are always open..me and Ja’Marr Chase feel the same way. I’m right with him on that. But…for me to come out, I have this 100-yard game and a win..there are meaningful,” he further added. CeeDee used the Ja’Marr Chase 7-11 reference that happened after the Cincinnati Bengals’ win over the Arizona Cardinals. Chase said he is “always f**king open,” after he had his frustration level up too high, as he entered the game without posting a 100-yard receiving game for the first four weeks.

The dominance that the Bengals used to play in 2021 was seen coming back with their thrilling offense against the Cardinals. Bengals’ wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase had his LSU thing going again, which brought hope to the eyes of Cincinnati fans for the first time this season.

This season started with a 1-3 for the Bengals, as quarterback Joe Burrow couldn’t join after injuring his calf in the training camp. Chase also had a slow start this season. And after not posting a 100-yard receiving game in the first four weeks this season, he declared frustratingly, “I’m open, I’m always f**king open,” during the post-game interview.

And he said that right, during the game against the Cardinals, Chase was always open. After the Bengals’ win, Chase posted a picture on X of 7/11 which is a convenience store, to remind everyone that he was always open, just like the store.
