Super Bowl LVII will be remembered as one of the most thrilling and entertaining finals ever played. This wasn’t a one-sided beatdown game. Both teams were equally great and lived up to their status as conference champions. What made the game even more interesting was the last-minute drama, which comprised a controversial holding call against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Nick Sirianni, head coach of the Eagles, did an excellent job of leading the team from the regular season to the playoffs and then to the Super Bowl. However, he did come up short during the second half of the game because the defense wasn’t their usual self as they failed to lay a single finger on the Chiefs quarterback during the entire game. Granted this was Sirianni’s second season as a head coach, but he honestly could’ve done better.

Chiefs head coach Andy Reid had a rather wonderful day on Sunday. His team gave a betting reply to the Eagles and managed to make a 10-point comeback to win the Lombardi Trophy in the second half of the game. Reid came a full circle and defeated his former team, who had fired him back in 2012, on the biggest stage of football.

Andy Reid, 64, added a second Super Bowl win to his resume and there is no doubt that he is going to be a First-Ballot Hall of Fame coach upon his retirement. In his decade-long tenure with the Chiefs, Reid has led them to the playoffs nine times with 5 straight AFC Championship games, three Super Bowl appearances, and two Super Bowl wins.

The veteran head coach didn’t get to have a 117-45 record with the Chiefs by being lenient. He got it by being tough and a prime example of this was revealed by Patrick Mahomes on Jimmy Kimmel Live. The Super Bowl LVII MVP explained to Kimmel that coach Reid threatened to bench any player who went to see Rihanna’s halftime show. Such was the discipline to conquer the Super Bowl.

Although Coach Reid isn’t all that tough and bad. He is just like any other regular person and he proved it when he talked about how he celebrated the Super Bowl win once he returned to Kansas City. “Yeah, I went to Pizza 51. I got a mushroom and sausage pizza, how about that? And a salad just to make my chubbiness feel good,” Reid said to the reporters on Tuesday. This was just like any other Andy Reid interview. He always loves to talk about food and joke about his weight, which makes fans love him even more.

Let’s see what cuisine Andy Reid chooses to eat after he wins his third Super Bowl!
