The Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco can thank the almighty despite the team’s poor loss against the Las Vegas Raiders. The running back suffered a major concussion on his head in the third quarter. The player could have had a major injury. Nonetheless, he escaped that and ended the game on a better note than early anticipation.
The Chiefs had another poor loss—this time against the Las Vegas Raiders, whom they beat on the away turf earlier this season. They had a clutch victory in the first encounter—and came back from a whooping 14-0 trail to 31-17. But this time, they failed to repeat the same screenplay as the Raiders remained cautious. The defense performed well and kept Patrick Mahomes silent throughout the game.
This was one of the worst games of Mahomes who would love to forget the game as soon as possible. He had all the nightmares he could afford. Sacked multiple times, fumbled, and got intercepted.
The worst, he gave away balls quickly, and from these pick-6s, the Raiders scored two touchdowns in seven seconds. That decided the final fate of the game. Though Mahomes tried to compensate for the mistakes that he made on the turf. But it was too late for the Chiefs. The Chiefs had very few seconds left for the game and they failed to capitalize on things and lost it.
Isiah Pacheco gave a massive scare for the Chiefs fandom
In the third quarter, when Isiah Pacheco received a throw from Mahomes suffered a scare of the season. He was aiming to make a run, however, was attacked by the Raiders defense. They surrounded him and dragged him down to the ground.
During the scuffle, the RB lost his helmet and was dragged to the ground without his headgear. In the meantime, multiple Chiefs players came in support of Pacheco and in the follow-up, one of the Chiefs players’ knee hit the head of the RB. He could have suffered a major injury but luckily escaped that.
Pacheco was the best player on the gridiron for the Chiefs. He had one touchdown in 11 carries for 26 yards and four receptions. However, he failed to secure the 10th win of the season for his team.
