“They have a culture that lacks maturity & discipline!” Chris Broussard blames Jerry Jones for Micah Parsons’ bold statement on Brock Purdy
Chris Broussard claimed that Micah Parsons is too young and inexperienced to be passing judgement on other players.

While Michael Irvin praised Micah Parsons for sticking up for his quarterback and already thinking about life after football, Chris Broussard wasn’t so forgiving. The FOX Sports analyst lashed out at Parsons for rambling too much, blaming the “culture” of the Dallas Cowboys.
In a recent segment of FS1’s First Things First, Broussard said he had picked Parsons to be one of the best players this season. However, the recent spat between him and San Francisco 49ers Deebo Samuel on Brock Purdy is making him change his stance.
Look, I know people think I get pleasure and joy out of destroying the Cowboys. [But] I like Micah; he was my defensive player of the year in the preseason. He said.
However, Parson’s constant verbal attack on a rival player is making the case against him. Just as Irvin said, it will only provide more incentives to the 49ers if they meet the Cowboys again this season in the playoffs.
They will be playing with a chip on their shoulders. Broussard claimed it’s an organizational fault and not just the Pro Bowl edge rushers.
This is reason 4,080 why the Dallas Cowboys will not reach the Super Bowl and why they haven't gotten to the final four in the last 28 years. They have a culture that lacks maturity and discipline. He said.
Chris Broussard blamed the Dallas Cowboys system for Micah Parsons’ behavior
As Stephen A. Smith said, the reason the Dallas Cowboys are so hated is #1 because of their fanbase and #2 because the players take the ‘Americas Team’ tag for granted. Playing and doing well for the Cowboys is a sure-shot way to a better retirement life for most football players.
Several ex-Dallas players have made a name for themselves in various fields after they hung up their boots. Michael Irvin is a prime example of it. Not only that, but former players such as Tony Romo are arguably the face of CBS Matchday Broadcasting.
Chris Broussard directly targeted the organization, straight to the top guy, the owner, Jerry Jones.
It starts with the owner, Jerry Jones, and trickles down throughout the organization, and Micah Parsons is just a player personification of it. This is why I don't like Micah doing the podcast. Because he is too young. He said via Sports Illustrated
To put weight behind his argument, Broussard gave examples of other players who have their podcasts. But they are well-accomplished and are in the later stages of their careers. For instance, the Kelce brothers (Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce).
All the other players, the Kelce brothers and Draymond Green [NBA] are veterans who have played for a long time. They have won championships. Micah is 24 and has no jewelry to speak of. He is not mature enough to walk the fine line between having a podcast or tweeting about football and your team without putting out damaging or inflamatory stuff.Broussard further argued
The Cowboys will be playing the Detroit Lions in their next game. This game will have a massive impact on which team gets one step closer to clinching the #1 spot in the NFC.
