San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey will be playing his first-ever Super Bowl in Vegas on February 11. But his mom, Lisa McCaffrey, revealed that she and Christian’s fiancee, Olivia Culpo, were having trouble booking a suite at Allegiant Stadium.

During the recent segment of her “YourMom” podcast, Lisa revealed that they tried to book a suite but had to back out because of the astronomical amount. She claimed that even Culpo wasn’t able to book one either. As a result, they will be sitting elsewhere.

We looked into a suite, and none of us can afford it. Not even Christian, money bags over there—nor money bags Olivia. So, we’re not in a suite.

However, a few hours later, Culpo took to her Instagram, revealing that she had bought a suite for Lisa McCaffrey as a birthday present.

Fake News! Happy birthday, Lisa. I bought you a suite.

Culpo reportedly spent $2.5 million to reserve a suite. It’s a package for 20 people with two parking passes and food and beverage.

Lisa added that her son’s friends will not be going to the Super Bowl. Instead, they have planned to host a watch party somewhere near Vegas.

The McCaffrey legacy in the Super Bowl

This won’t be the first occasion Lisa McCaffrey will be cheering someone on at the Super Bowl. While she’s currently preparing to shout loudly for her son Christian, previously she did that for her husband, Ed McCaffrey.

During his 13 years as an NFL wide receiver, the 51-year-old played for three franchises. After being drafted by the New York Giants in 1991, he also went on to play for the 49ers and the Denver Broncos. In that span, he won three Super Bowls, one with the 49ers in 1995 and two with the Broncos in 1998 and 1999.

There's something about your kid when they are playing. I know Ed feels the same way. You want it so bad for him that it hurts.

As for what sort of music they will be listening to until the Super Bowl, they have already decided. Unfortunately, the list doesn’t contain ‘cruel summer.’

I refuse to listen to Taylor Swift songs for the next eleven days. I love her, and I love the relationship, but we are boycotting T-Swift songs. My oldest son Max and I are big Swifties, but nope, she's dead to us this week.

The Super Bowl LVIII will happen between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, February 11, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. ET. As per FOX News, the 49ers will walk into the game as the favorites to lift their first Lombardi since Ed McCaffrey’s 1995 triumph.
