Odell Beckham Jr. was regarded as one of the best WR in the league a few seasons ago. However, an ACL injury completely turned around his fortunes for the worse, and now the WR struggles to find a suitable team.

The 30-year-old former Rams WR has completely recovered from his injury and it is believed that he is stronger and faster than ever. Regardless, his value has dropped significantly.

It is believed that OBJ would like a contract that would pay him around $15 – $20 million per year. But all the offers that he’s getting are around the region of $8-$10 million.

The Baltimore Ravens have shown an interest in signing the Super Bowl-winning WR and have even offered him a contract, according to Adam Schefter. However, OBJ has not accepted the contract yet, which makes Colin Cowherd believe that he’s not being offered the money he would like.

Cowherd recently spoke about Odell on the Herd and shared the reasons behind his low worth. OBJ is said to be a great player when it comes to skill and abilities. His only downside is that he has ‘too much drama’.

“I would love to have him as a 2 or a 3. You can’t build your franchise around him anymore,” Colin Cowherd stated on the Herd. “A little bit too much drama, too brittle, not productive and consistent enough.”

Colin Cowherd believes Odell Beckham Jr. is not worth half of Amari Cooper

Odell Beckham Jr. is a confident WR who believes that he is one of the best in the league. However, his sentiments aren’t shared by Colin Cowherd, who believes Browns WR Amari Cooper is worth way more than him.

Cooper is the third highest-paid WR in the league and gets paid around $20 million each year. The NFL analyst believes that OBJ has been offered half the money that Cooper makes and he should accept it.

Cowherd also cited his reasons behind devaluating Odell and stated that he misses a lot of games and has a lot of drama, something that the management isn’t fond of. He has also recently recovered from a brutal injury and there are high chances that he could get injured yet again and lose many more games.

With just days left before the NFL draft. Odell Beckham Jr. will look to sign for a team as soon as possible. However, his demands for a favorable contract are currently very high.
