In a nail-biting encounter, Colorado State Rams beat Boise State Broncos by a margin of 31-30 and stunned everyone by securing a victory through a Hail Mary pass. In the dying seconds of the game, Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi loved the ball in the air and the Boise State defenders did what they were supposed to do. They brought the ball down.

However, the ball landed in the waiting hands of Dallin Holker after 33 yards and Colorado State got what they deserved. A touchdown. That was enough to secure the victory. The team celebrated the thrilling encounter in style.

It was a brilliant comeback by Colorado State who were trailing by a margin of 30-10 with 6:12 seconds remaining in the game. Despite the 20-point deficit, Colorado State did not lose hope and embarked on a classic ‘remontada.’

First, they took the scorecard to 30-24 and then scored a major touchdown to tie things. Later, the team got a penalty to push for an extra point. With the help of all these, the Colorado state registered a classic victory. This would certainly give them some extra oxygen for the coming games as college football is getting intensified day after day. It is to be seen how Colorado State performs in the games. 

As things stand now, Colorado State is ranked sixth in the Mountain West subdivision. In six games, the team has registered 3 wins and three losses. It failed to win the derby against the Colorado Buffaloes a few days ago. The nail-biting win in the encounter vs. Boise State will provide them some extra oxygen in the coming encounter. They will fight to get eligible for the Bowls 2023.

Who shined in the match against Boise State from Colorado State? 

The match against Boise State marked great performances from the likes of Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi and Vann Schield. Quarterback Fowler-Nicolosi registered three touchdowns and was intercepted once. The QB covered 32 of his 54 passes and covered 359 passing yards.

Schield had 15 carries for 51 yards and one touchdown. These two were pivotal in terms of securing the victory for Colorado State.
