Former NFL quarterback Tom Brady is currently enjoying his life after retirement. He is also focused on starting his new career as a sportscaster with Fox Network. Amidst this, comedian Brian Simpson tossed a crazy theory that Brady could win if he ran for President in the future.

During a recent interview with KFC Radio, Simpson claimed that Brady would win if he ran for President as an independent candidate. Simpson further warned the former QB, that he has to play his campaign perfectly.

Simpson also claimed that Brady already has covered both the Black voters and the White voters. He also attributed Brady’s achievements in the league to his qualities.

According to Simpson, Brady’s achievements in the league make him a great leader. He also believes people see Brady as a proven winner due to his seven Super Bowl victories. Nonetheless, Brady might not have any intention to run for the office. As previously mentioned, he is currently preparing for his new career as a sports broadcaster with Fox Network.

He is set to start his new job in the fall of 2024. Besides, after dominating the league for more than 2 decades, he is now spending time with his family. He wouldn’t want to lose that by running for Presidency soon.

Sam Bankman-Friend also wanted Tom Brady to run for President

Brian Simpson was not the first one to suggest that Brady should run for President. The former QB’s ex-business partner Sam Bankman-Fried also wanted the QB to run for President as an alternative to Donald Trump.

According to a report from Puck, Bankman-Friend considered Brady as a much better alternative to Trump for President. He reportedly tried to pit Brady against the former President but ended up being unsuccessful.

SBF, the co-founder and ex-CEO of cryptocurrency exchange FTX did business with Brady before his empire collapsed. He is currently spending time in Prison after being convicted of wire fraud back in November 2023.

So, this is not the first time somebody has suggested Tom Brady run for President and it will certainly not be the last time. Brady is a popular figure and people and many would like to use his popularity.
