The Washington Commanders have been on a roll these past few weeks as they have won two consecutive games, but most importantly this week they won against the formidable Aaron Rodgers-led Green Bay Packers.

The Commanders came victorious against the Packers in a tightly contested game that ended with a score of 23-21. The team has been struggling a lot lately, and that hugely comes down to their owners and the work culture that is promoted.

Ever since Dan Snyder took over as the owner of the team in 1999, the team has been performing badly and the culture and legacy of the team are also being tarnished.

In the Commanders-Packers game, there were constant chants of ‘sell the team’ going around in the stadium, and the ultimate highlight was when the fans booed co-owner Tanya Snyder when she came on the big screen.

Tanya Snyder took the stage before the game to pay tribute to former Commander players and ended the long speech with the banished line “Hail to the redskins” that the Commanders stopped using because it was considered offensive.

Recently, Colts owner Jim Irsay also came out publicly to criticize Dan Snyder and asked the NFL team owners to remove him from the NFL completely.
