Sigh of relief for the Los Angeles Rams fans, as their wide receiver Cooper Kupp feels that he will be back in shape within a week and will be available for the game against the Seattle Seahawks. Kupp, who has been suffering from an injury on his hamstring, returned to practice this week and expects to have a start against the team’s debut venture against the Seahawks on 10th September, 2023.

After a joint practice session with the Denver Broncos, the 30-year-old wide receiver said he feels that he would be able to join the squad as a starter against the Seattle Seahawks.

“I definitely felt the first two days coming back here earlier this week, just felt like you’re rushing things. You feel like your hands and feet aren’t working together. … It might be seeing the patterns of the defense, might be just feeling like you’re behind the snap mentally which is just never a place you want to be. You want to be able to be ahead of that thing so you can play fast,” he said on Thursday.

So that’s why I’m saying like going out there Week 1 would be tough not having that opportunity to see those reps and have those reps and that kind of stuff in your back pocket and be able see those patterns. So, [I] feel good about what kind of path we’re on now,” he further added

Cooper Kupp was subjected to a fatal injury last season. He missed the last eight games due to an ankle spin.

The 2022 season was horrible for the Rams. They finished with a record of 5-12 and failed to qualify for the playoff season. This season, the team will be focusing on multiple experiments to get back on the right track. They are seeking to explore multiple position changes to avoid past mistakes.

Sources revealed that the head coach is seeking to put Michael Hoecht as the outside linebacker from defensive tackle and Logan Bruss from guard to right tackle. The confirmation from Cooper Kupp will also provide some joy to the fans amid this situation.

The Los Angeles Rams will start their 2023 NFL journey on 10th September 2023 against the Seahawks. They will then face the San Francisco 49ers on 17th September.
