Coming off an amazing victory against the Los Angeles Chargers at 20-17, the Dallas Cowboys are all set to face off against the Los Angeles Rams, on the coming Sunday. Cowboys, currently standing at 4-2, need to score a win against the Rams that might be a bit tough for them with standout defensive tackle Aaron Donald.
Quarterback Dak Prescott isn’t one, who is known for giving respect to his opponents. But that might have changed, as in a recent press conference, the former Mississippi State signal-caller was asked his opinion on Aaron Donald being the same old Aaron Donald.

Prescott’s response came out as a surprise, as he said:
S**t yeah he is. Yeah, he is. I’ve got to play him this week, of course, he is. Yeah, he’s still the focus. That guy, I don’t know, what is it, three (NFL) Defensive Player of the Year (awards)? A player of a generation. Having played against him now for a while, he can ruin a game.
Quarterback Prescott appreciated his opponent Donald even though he hasn’t been at his best lately. He even asked others to “give him credit because he deserves that. He added:
He’s a hell of a player. Yeah, he hasn’t lost a step. Yeah, he’s still Aaron Donald.
This season, in the last seven games Donald played in, he has recorded a total of 29 combined tackles, 14 solo and 2.5 sacks. Although the 32-year-old is currently in the back half of his career, he still is counted as a key element for a successful outing on offense.
Prescott and his offense are well aware of Donald’s ability on the field and in the coming game on Sunday, the team will be well-prepared with many things kept in the front of their mind, as they face the Rams.
Dak Prescott struggles to meet his own standards
With his eighth season as Cowboys quarterback, Prescott comes bearing great responsibility. Mainly as the team has been a part of the Super Bowl run but has consistent playoff success, he is known among the most scrutinized figures in sports of all kinds.

After losing to the Lions last week, Prescott was asked his thoughts on getting help for the 49ers in the NFC standings, he stated:
We're running our own race. We're not looking at anybody else…We're gonna worry about being the best version of ourselves, the best Dallas Cowboys football team.
In comparison to the other 31 NFL starting quarterbacks, coach Mike McCarthy believes Prescott endures the most both mentally and emotionally. However, in the last two games, Prescott has let down his team. It now depends upon the game against the Rams that would state how well Prescott and his offensive team have been playing, especially against the remarkable Donald.
