The Dallas Cowboys have bigger things to worry about than their wasted offseason. The team’s quarterback, Dak Prescott, is being accused of s*xually assaulting a woman, and she is taking him to criminal court over the same. 

There's many different things that we plan to sue Dak for related to this matter. And we have a lot to work with on both the civil aspect and the criminal aspect.
The woman’s legal representative Yoel Zehaie revealed on The Fan 105.3 FM

While she did not get into the details of the lawsuit, the quarterback is in for a world of trouble. The attorney is claiming that Dak Prescott has changed his story on multiple occasions and that he has admitted to having s*x with her client.

The quarterback is not taking these claims, which are tarnishing his reputation, lightly, as he has gotten his legal team involved to silence the woman, Victoria Shores, and her attorneys by alleging they are attempting to extort him out of $100 million. The woman accusing Prescott of s*xually harassing her is willing to forego pursuing criminal charges.

Along with disclosing this information to the public, in exchange for compensating her for the mental anguish she has suffered.
As per a letter accessed by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Dak Prescott’s attorney, Levi McCarthern, has dismissed the allegations and dubbed them to be nothing but a mere “extortion plot.”

For context, the alleged incident took place back in 2017 as per the woman, who addressed the backlash she is being subjected to as a result of her decision to make this case public. Her attorney has called out Prescott and his legal team for attempting to bully her client, who has struggled over the years since the alleged incident took place.

Mr. Prescott...has great empathy for survivors of sexual assault. He fervently believes that all perpetrators of such crimes should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. To be clear, Mr. Prescott has never engaged in any nonconsensual sexual conduct with anyone.

The quarterback has denied the allegations and has dubbed them fabricated. The woman happens to be a waitress at a bar the QB frequents; she hung out with Prescott and a bunch of his friends on one evening, where they went to numerous locations.

He was a single guy at the time, and I would call it a make-out session.
Prescott’s lawyer described the interaction between the two as being consensual.

The quarterback has recently become a father after his girlfriend, Sarah Jane Ramos, gave birth to a daughter. When the lawsuit surfaced, Prescott took some time to recall the incident because a lot of time had lapsed since. 

Notably, his legal team is charging the woman and her attorney with defamation, slander, civil extortion/duress, business disparagement, civil conspiracy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
