It is a special night for the Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott as he is stepping into his 100th career game for the Dallas Cowboys. It is indeed an achievement for him and he would love to celebrate this achievement with a masterclass on the field.
Dak made his debut in the year 2016 for the Dallas Cowboys. Since then, apart from winning a Super Bowl, he has achieved everything. He has become the Fans’ favorite and because of his leadership skills, Jerry Jones, the billionaire manager of the Dallas Cowboys coined him as the best quarterback he has ever seen in his tenure.
Ahead of the game, he seemed a bit emotional. In an interview with Jon Manchota, the reporter who covers news of the Cowboys, the player said, “It is a blessing…Certain days, hell yeah. Certain days it feels like a lot more than 100. Some days physically, no, not at all. I do feel young. As I’ve said, knock on wood, I’m feeling healthy, being healthy, thankful for that. Put a lot of work into that. Just being where I am, let’s hope it can be another 100.”
The Cowboys star has won everything apart from a Super Bowl. He is often criticized for not providing him at the right time. His last season’s performance was also scrutinized heavily for having a large number of interceptions. In the 2022-23 season, Dak had 15 interceptions and 23 touchdowns. Which was an alarming sign for him.
In the interaction, Dak addressed the issue of not winning the Super Bowl. “I haven’t achieved what I want, the ultimate goal, simple as that, and that’s the Super Bowl. Any personal goals are not anything I’ve really set out or wrote down for me to go and get,” he added.
