The Dallas Cowboys, led by their star quarterback, Dak Prescott, had an early exit from the postseason following their loss against the Green Bay Packers in the wildcard round. And now, Prescott, who is in off-season mode, bizarrely shared a poster for the upcoming Super Bowl game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers.

Prescott shared the poster on his X profile, where he has more than 1.5 million followers. Fans were obviously not happy with the Cowboys quarterback sharing the Super Bowl poster despite leading his team to a first-round playoff exit again.

Prescott seemed to know what kind of reaction he would receive for sharing the poster. The Pro Bowl quarterback had turned off replies to the post to avoid unnecessary hate comments. However, fans started to quote his tweet and trolled him for shamelessly promoting the championship game despite the Cowboys’ failures.

On the sporting side, Dak Prescott had one of the best, if not the best campaign of his career in 2023. During the regular season, he registered 4,516 passing yards and 36 passing TDs while completing 69.5 percent of his pass attempts. Furthermore, he also took care of his turnover problem as promised and only threw nine interceptions for the entire season.

As a result of his on-field excellence, he was named as one of the five finalists for the 2023 NFL MVP award. The Cowboys fans praised their quarterback over his remarkable campaign. However, things quickly went south for Prescott after he threw two interceptions in Dallas’ wildcard loss against the Packers.

Fans and experts started to bash him and even questioned his clutchness. And now, he has given another reason to fans to troll him by sharing a poster of the title game, in which he won’t be playing in.

Nonetheless, Prescott and the Dallas-based football team will run it back next year. They haven’t made changes in the QB position or the head coach position, and will try to add some more pieces to give them a better shot next season.
