Free agency is in full swing in the NFL. Teams are actively signing players and making moves to strengthen their roster. However, the Dallas Cowboys general manager Jerry Jones, who claimed he will go all in this season, hasn’t made any move so far. As a result, quarterback Dak Prescott’s brother Tad Prescott subtly trolled Jones while praising the Philadelphia Eagles front office.
Tad Prescott took to social media to praise the Eagles front office. He took a subtle jab at Jones and Dallas’ front office as he crowned the Philadelphia Eagles‘ front office as the best in the league.
So, if it wasn’t clear already, it is now. The @Eagles have the best front office in the NFL. #howboutthemcowboys.Tad Prescott wrote on X
The Eagles managed to land the ex-New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley after losing RB D’Andre Swift in the free agency. They signed Barkley to a massive 3-year deal worth more than $37 million.
The Cowboys also lost their starting running back Tony Pollard, who is expected to sign a new deal with the Tennessee Titans. However, Jones hasn’t made any move to address that loss. However, there are plenty of running backs still available in the market, including Derrick Henry and Aaron Jones. So, the Cowboys are expected to go after one of them in the coming days.
Tad Prescott’s jab comes as a result of frustration since Jones claimed he would go all in this season to win the Super Bowl trophy. He hasn’t made any changes in the team and is now reluctant to add new players to the squad. Fans are not seeing any progress and are calling out Jones for his lack of actions.
Tad Prescott wanted his brother Dak to leave Dallas
This is not the first time Tad Prescott has openly criticized the Dallas Cowboys. Just a month ago, when the Cowboys suffered a playoff loss, Tad claimed he wanted Dak Prescott to leave the Dallas-based football team.
Cowboy fans who continue to DM me, TRUST ME. If I could get Dak to leave Dallas, I would. I too want him out of Dallas.Tad Prescott wrote on X in January
So, it’s clear Tad is not happy with the way things are being handled in Dallas. Many Cowboys fans also share the same sentiment.
Nonetheless, Jerry Jones is expected to make some big moves in the coming days. He could potentially rope in Derrick Henry and make the Cowboys fans a little happier.
