Dallas Goedert was part of the Philadelphia Eagles team that lost to the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl final last season. The game was an exciting affair and a neck-to neck battle between two quality teams.
However, many Eagles players were salty about their loss and gave many reasons for that. Goedert is the latest player to talk about the loss, and he blames the slippery turf for the loss.
The Eagles TE was recently featured on Pardon My Take and confessed that he is over the brutal loss. However, the outcome would have been completely different if the turf wasn’t uncomfortable and slippery.“Man, the Sodfather did not do good,” Goedert said. “It was a great game until the end. If the field was better, if we were playing on turf, I would take us 10 out of 10.”
The game ended with a score of 38-35 with victory to the Chiefs, this was the most number of points raked up by a losing team and that says a lot about their exceptional quality.

Dallas Goedert is ranked as one of the best TE in the NFL
Tight end has always been an important position in NFL and there have been many legendary TEs throughout history who have dominated the sport. Dallas Goedert is turning out to be one of them.
The Eagles TE was exceptional last season and led the team to NFC glory and a Super Bowl appearance. Goedert was recently ranked as the 4th-best TE in the league behind Travis Kelce, George Kittle, and Mark Andrews.
Interestingly, the TE is pretty young at just 28 years old and has many seasons to prove his legendary stature. Many analysts and scouts have also deemed Goedert as one of the most well-rounded TEs in the NFL.
Dallas Goedert will be entering his sixth season in the NFL. He was drafted by the Eagles and has been with them since then. He finished with 55 catches for 702 yards and three touchdowns in 12 games last season. However, Goedert missed five games due to a shoulder injury.
