Aaron Rodgers‘ absence has really shaken the entire Green Bay Packers team as they prepare to go into their first season without him in almost 20 years. Young QB Jordan Love has taken his place while being thrust into the spotlight with massive expectations.
Love was drafted by the Packers in the first round of the 2020 NFL draft. However, since then, the young QB has been forced to the sidelines. Regardless, the Love era has officially begun in Green Bay, and people will have to accept it sooner or later.
The Packers are currently a team in transition, and it is believed that they won’t have a significant season this year. However, NFL analyst Dan Orlovsky firmly believes that they will make the playoffs this season, and Love will be the one to get them there.
Orlovsky was recently featured on the Pat McAfee Show and spoke about the Packers’ depth and their chances in the league next season. He also believes that Jordan Love is a talented QB who will find his foot in the league next season.
“I still think they’re a playoff football team. I feel like this is a team that’s gone to the NFC title game two out of the last four years,” Dan Orlovsky stated. “Their defense is littered with talent… what if Jordan Love is good? We don’t really know, but he was a first-round pick three years ago like this guy wasn’t he wasn’t a sixth-round pick that they’re just like tanking with.”

Jordan Love can help the Packers dominate NFC North
Aaron Rodgers‘ departure from Green Bay has made the division extremely competitive. Interestingly, Jordan Love should be looking forward to this competition as a chance to prove himself.
The Packers rookie QB has learned and been mentored under Rodgers for three seasons. Therefore, it is expected that the QB is well-versed in all the basics of the game.
Love is facing the tough task of replacing one of the best NFL QBs of all time. However, with patience and perseverance, he can do that. The Packers management has put complete faith in his abilities and has awarded him the starting position without any competition.
Jordan Love has always been scrutinized by the media and Packers fans, despite being average in his outcome. With the start of the preseason just around the corner, it will be interesting to see his development.
