Jordan Love has finally taken the No.1 QB spot at the Green Bay Packers after the departure of Aaron Rodgers. The first-round pick was on the sidelines for several years, but now it’s his time to put on a display.
However, many NFL analysts have counted him out as a potential Rodgers replacement and believe the QB is just mediocre. The Packers have a decent roster for the next season and will hope to challenge for the playoffs.
Interestingly, that will only be possible when Love performs to the best of its abilities. Dan Orlovsky from ESPN recently spoke about Love’s potential and believes he has a chance to lead his team to the playoffs.
“If Jordan Love is average, this team is playing for a playoff spot in December,” Dan Orlovsky stated on Get Up. “If he’s anything like a first-round pick should be, this is a playoff team.”
Orlovsky spoke about the Packers’ chance in the division and believes that the Detroit Lions and the Chicago Bears have a greater chance to dominate the division. However, the Green Bay-based team has a far superior squad.
The Packers have an opportunity to dominate their division and secure a spot in the playoffs if Jordan Love can live up to his potential as a first-round draft pick. Following a season in which they finished with a losing record, a strong performance from Love could be instrumental in turning their fortunes around.

Jordan Love has the respect of his teammates

The Packers have started to adjust to life without Aaron Rodgers as Jordan Love prepares for the big season ahead. RB AJ Dillon recently featured on SiriusXM radio and claimed that Love has already won the respect of his teammates.
The team has shown massive support for Love’s abilities and is there to support him throughout the season. The young QB has shown extreme diligence in practice leading to the respect of his teammates.
“I think he definitely has all the intangibles. He’s earned the trust of the locker room,” AJ Dillon stated. “Guys respect him. Guys wanna play for him. Guys want to help him as much as they want to help themselves. Nothing’s perfect in football. Everybody knows that. I think he’s got a lot of support. Everybody would run through a wall for him.”
Jordan Love has faced a challenging journey in earning the respect and trust of his teammates, particularly considering that many of them have shared the field with Aaron Rodgers for an extended period of time.
