“Toxic workplace culture,” DEVASTATING blow to Dan Snyder, Washington Commanders, and NFL as they now face collusion lawsuit by DC Attorney General

It surely isn’t the season for Washington Commanders and their owner, Dan Snyder. A civil lawsuit has been filed against Snyder and his franchise on account of colluding to suppress independent investigation by the DC Attorney General.

Not only the Commanders’ owner and the franchise, the lawsuit also includes the National Football League and league commissioner Roger Goodell as the main accused. Deceiving customers and upholding their finances are the primary charges upheld against them.

In a press conference, D.C. Attorney General Karl A. Racine made this announcement to the public about how Dan Snyder, the Commanders, and the country’s primary league colluded to trick DC residents on the ongoing sexual investigation probes.

He said, “Today we’re filing a consumer protection lawsuit – a civil lawsuit against Dan Synder, the Washington Commanders, the National Football League, and the NFL commissioner Roger Goodell for colluding to deceive residents of the District of Columbia about their investigation into a toxic workplace culture that impacted employees, especially women.”

“All of that deception was done to protect their profits and their image,” the Attorney General concluded by hinting at a ‘secret agreement’ between the league and the franchise to save each other’s faces.

Trouble just won’t stop coming for Dan Snyder and Washington Commanders

The lawsuit seeks the court to issue an order compelling the National Football League to come clean about the true nature of the results of Beth Wilkinson’s inquiry into workplace harassment of female workers by the Commanders’ management.

Not only the sexual misconduct issues, but the organization is also under scrutiny for its economic affairs. The United States House Committee for Oversight and Reform, the Attorney General in Virginia, Congress, and the NFL are currently investigating this matter. The league already barred Dan Snyder last year in July from engaging in the team’s day-to-day operations.

It was only last week that Dan Snyder made an announcement that they indeed hired Bank of America Securities to get an edge for selling their team during their financial crisis.

And with now this collusion lawsuit, it will be only a miracle if Snyder makes it back without any repercussions.
