Davante Adams is going through tumultuous times ever since moving to Las Vegas Raiders. The star receiver moved to the city to play with his college teammate Derek Carr.

However, the two old friends weren’t able to produce magic with the Raiders, and the QB was ousted by the team. Since then, Adams has been unsettled in Vegas, which has attracted loads of media attention regarding his future.

Another athlete going through the same thing is NBA player Ja Morant. Morant is one of the shining stars of the NBA. However, his recent off-the-field theatrics have led to him being criticized a lot on social media.

Recently, Morant was seen holding a gun live on Instagram live as thousands of people watched, a second such incident involving arms. Although he was quick to publish an apology regarding the same, the damage was already done.

The Raiders WR was recently featured on the I AM ATHLETE podcast to speak to Brandon Marshall. There, they had an extensive discussion regarding Morant’s gun theatrics.

“I mean, it’s a tricky one man. It’s confusing really for me because things happen and you make mistakes in the moment you know,” Davante Adams stated on the podcast. “You never know if alcohol is involved sometimes with the in that a mess up your thought process and or your decision making should I say but then when you see when something like that happens a second time it’s like that’s the part that’s confusing.”

Adams was perplexed regarding the incident and argued about what happened behind the scenes that led to him producing a gun on Instagram live, especially after getting reprimanded earlier for a similar situation. The former Green Bay Packers WR also spoke about alcohol playing an important part in such situations.

This is not the first time Ja Morant has produced a gun live in front of people. The Grizzlies player was suspended a while ago for producing a gun at a strip club and the Instagram live antics was his second offense.

Davante Adams is bewildered over Morant’s recent decision-making. He can’t believe that the established NBA player did all these things while being aware of it all.

“It’s like you know you was digging in your nose and I saw you or you know he’s on video with his friends and somebody just hoping to get them but when you aware, that’s the part that confuses me,” Davante Adams stated.

The Grizzlies have suspended Morant after his second offense. On the other hand, Davante Adams is currently in between choosing to stay with the Raiders or move to another team for better fortunes.
