The name Shedeur Sanders is having a mammoth impact on college football this season. With his performance, the quarterback has already marked his place. In a nail-biting encounter against Arizona State last week, the Colorado Buffaloes won by a margin of 27-24. After the game, he went to the crowd, tapped his wrist, and flexed his watch. Everyone has been talking about the celebration since then.
The latest to encourage the celebration is none other than Deion Sanders, the head coach of the Buffaloes and his father. In a post-match presentation, the media addressed the Shedeur Sanders celebration and asked his opinion on it. The head coach said that he wants a luxury watch deal as the celebration has gone viral and it is influencing the minds of people. He does not want Shedeur to perform the celebration for free.
“We’ve just got to get him a lucrative watch deal,” Deion Sanders said. “He can’t keep doing it for free. We got to capitalize. He is my son. We gotta capitalize on the moment, right?” he added.
The head coach further said, “I’m not the one that actually trademarks everything but I have a tremendous team that does– Somebody probably already beat me to that. Or somebody’s gonna beat me to that now.” Deion is known to trademark his slangs and content. Regarding his son’s life, he is adamant about the same.
Dream run for the Colorado Buffaloes with the addition of Deion Sanders
After an awful 1-11 season, the Buffaloes kickstarted their 2023-24 college season in a pretty good manner. The former Cowboy, Deion Sanders, transformed the team with a new set of players. He replaced the old 53-men squad with new players and that tactic worked.

The new players like Shedeur Sanders started providing their best on the turf. The team that was down 1-11 last season, won three back-to-back matches this season. In overall six games, the Buffaloes have won four and lost two. If they win another two games, they will officially be eligible for the 2023 Bowl games.
In the press conference, Coach Prime addressed the same in the recent presser. He said, “We want to win. If that’s part of the package at the conclusion of the season, winning, I’m all for it. Thank God when I was in college, we had the opportunity to go to four straight Bowl games, which was a true gift that was wonderful. Me and my teammates enjoyed it.”
The Buffs are going to face the Stanford Cardinal this Friday.
