“I’m ready to go,” Free agent WR DeSean Jackson makes a BIG revelation about making a comeback in the NFL

DeSean Jackson is considered among the best WRs of this generation. The 35-year-old spent 12 seasons in the NFL, the majority of them with the Philadelphia Eagles.
The veteran WR showed interest in re-joining the NFL on the live tour of the I AM ATHLETE podcast and the Eagles and the Packers are top of his list for preferable teams.
When Jackson was asked what his preferred destination would be if he wanted to retire. The WR stated four names, including the Eagles, Packers, Ravens, and Rams.
DeSean Jackson also has a great portfolio to attract the attention of all those teams. Ever since being drafted in 2008 by the Eagles, Jackson has led the league in yards per catch four times. His incredible speed and ability to stretch the team in the field have been really beneficial for his teams over the years.
DeSean Jackson also has the experience of playing in numerous teams as he had stints with the Bucs, Ravens, Washington, and, of course, the Eagles.
DeSean Jackson had hinted in the spring about retirement, as he said he’s not sure about playing in 2022. Although he mentioned that if the right team would come in with the offer, Jackson would gladly accept it.
“Aaron Rodgers went to my college, so we gotta little history together”: DeSean Jackson wants to connect with his college alum on the field

When DeSean Jackson was asked why did he pick the Packers for his top spot, the veteran QB replied by saying “Aaron Rodgers went to my college, so we gotta little history together, I didn’t play with him, but he went to Cal, so we got a little bit of connection there.”
DeSean Jackson to the Packers feels like the best deal right now, as the Packers are struggling in the WR department after losing Davante Adams to the Raiders. Maybe Jackson can add that much-needed firepower to the offense.
Jackson also commented on his No.3 and No.4 preferred team. “Third and fourth, I’d probably say, I like Lamar Jackson’s game right now. Baltimore,” The veteran WR said. “Jackson and Jackson.”
There are been no concrete deals about DeSean Jackson’s new team. Currently, it’s only talk and speculation, but if any team were to offer him a contract, then his 632 receptions, 11,110 yards, and 58 touchdowns would surely come in real handy.
