“I accept”: In a massive development, Deshaun Watson testifies that his actions left a masseuse crying uncontrollably

Deshaun Watson is a name to reckon with in the world of the NFL. However, lately, he has been in the news for all the wrong reasons. A lawsuit was filed against him by 22 women who accused him of harassment and sexual assault. Although a grand jury had declined to indict him in the case a while ago, he is still under NFL’s investigation.

Not long ago, the QB had his first press conference as a part of the Browns where he was asked why he needed so many masseuses to which he had replied by saying, “40 is just over a period of time. I have been to Houston for five years so you go to different people and that’s just how I like said before I can’t get too far into the details but as you know as businesses work and you move and meet different people and people have different schedules and you meet new people over time.” As expected, not many were convinced by Deshaun’s reply.

Now, what comes as massive development in the whole saga, Deshaun in his deposition last week admitted that one of his encounters with a massage therapist ended with a woman weeping. Moreover, as reported by USA Today, Deshaun even sent a text to the woman apologizing for what had transpired.

“Sorry about you feeling uncomfortable. Never were the intentions. Lmk if you want to work in the future. My apologies,” Deshaun had texted as per the report. When Watson was asked why he sent an apology text, he claimed that he was trying to figure out what had transpired.

“Yes, because she was teary-eyed and I was trying to figure out what was going on. So, I assumed that she was uncomfortable in whatever reason. And we talked about working in the future. And so, I said, ‘We can work in the future. Just let me know.’ And then I sent my apologies as whatever reason she was teary-eyed for,” he claimed.

The woman in question here has sued Watson for civil assault. She has claimed that Watson deliberately touched her with his p*nis during a massage session which left her petrified.
