Former Jacksonville Jaguars guard Uche Nwaneri, age 38, passed away on Monday. This has been one of the roughest nights for the NFL world as just after a few hours of Nwaneri’s news, the Bills safety Damar Hamlin suffered a cardiac arrest in the Bills-Bengals game.

Uche Nwaneri was found dead by his wife at her house in West Lafayette, Indiana. Tippecanoe County Coroner, Carrie Costello, said that she found him in one of her bedrooms unresponsive and called the police at once.

The coroner stated that there were no signs of foul play and that Nwaneri died of an “enlarged heart with acute heart failure”. Jacksonville Jaguars issued a statement after the passing of their former guard.

Uche Nwaneri’s pro-COVID stand has made people question Damar Hamlin’s vaccine status

Nwaneri was selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the fifth round of the 2007 NFL draft. After playing for the Jaguars for seven seasons, he was released and picked by the Dallas Cowboys. He was then cut from the team as he failed to make the final roster. After retiring from the league, Nwaneri started his YouTube channel, Observant Lineman, which had over 20,000 subscribers.

Nwaneri was a strong advocate of COVID-19 vaccination and was of the opinion that unvaccinated individuals should be jailed.

Nwaneri wrote in one of his tweets.

Uche Nwaneri’s death reminded people of his pro-COVID stand and everyone started to question whether Damar Hamlin was vaccinated or not. Fans on Twitter are voicing their opinion that Hamlin’s tragic collapse on MNF was due to the COVID-19 vaccination shots.

There has been a coordinated campaign asking about Damar Hamlin’s vaccine status, making it seem that the 24-year-old dropped down due to the vaccine and not due to the sheer force of the collision with Tee Higgins.
