‘Frustrated’ Bryce Young accepts he needs to get a ‘lot better’ after 8th loss of the season
The Chicago Bears improved to 3-6 after scoring a 16-13 victory over the Carolina.

Bryce Young (Bleacher Report)
Seems like the Carolina Panthers had it enough. Despite improving to at least a 2-7, the Panthers have fallen to 1-8 this season after the tragic loss against the Chicago Bears on Thursday night.
Seeing his team sputtering at a loss of 16-13, even quarterback Bryce Young, who is usually known as calm and collected, couldn’t hold himself as he expressed his frustration after the 8th loss this season.

Bryce Young said, when asked about his level of frustration:
First and foremost, I have to be a lot better. We have to be better. It's frustrating, it's very frustrating," "And that's not me, that's not just me, that's everyone. We're competitors, and losing is frustrating. It's fresh, you feel it, but at the end of the day, you've got to turn the page. Being frustrated, however you feel, it's not going to win you a game, it's not going to help.
Young shared how he ought to turn his frustration into action for the next game, saying:
You have to turn that and use that in action throughout the week and then we have to translate it to Sunday or Thursday tonight, whatever. We have to translate it.
Panthers QB Young completed the game with 185 yards, completing 21 out of 38 passes with an average of 4.9 yards per play. However, his words seem like a repetition as he keeps on saying — he needs to be better, but hasn’t made much difference.
What happened in the Panthers-Bears game on Thursday?
As both the teams ranked at the bottom of the league, the Bears at 2-6 and the Panthers at 1-7, there weren’t many expectations from both teams. However, it turned out, that the Panthers fell into an even lower level with a miserable 8th loss of the season. While the Bears improved to 3-6 after scoring a 16-13 victory over the Carolina.

The Panthers went into this season with a new head coach, rookie quarterback, and first-year offensive coordinator with no elements to build a strong offense against the opponents. And after nine games this season, seems like there’s nothing left to hold onto.
They barely recorded 213 yards, and three third-down conversions on 15 tries with zero offensive touchdowns, against a team with an average defense. Panthers’ quarterback Young isn’t getting any support from the offense, like what happened on Thursday night as their offense crumbled on the field.
