Steve Smith Sr used to play as a wide out for the Baltimore Ravens and the Panthers. He ended his illustrious career with 1,031 career receptions for 14,731 yards and 81 touchdowns.

Steve Smith Sr after his playing career came to an end decided to join as an analyst with the NFL Network. He has recently posted a video saying that he will be joining the New York Giants which has left fans bamboozled.

Steve Smith Sr fools fans with hilarious prank

Steve Smith Sr shared a video on Twitter wherein he said that he will be joining the New York Giants coaching staff. However he didn’t specify as to what particular job role he will be joining with the Giants .

Guess what, folks? I hate to break it to you, but it’s official. Agent 89 is now part of the coaching staff for the New York Giants,” Smith said in a video he posted on Twitter. “Sorry, just wanted to let you know.”

Later Steve Smith Sr broke it down to the public that he was joking with the fans and that he was not actually joining the New York Giants. He seems to have had great fun being able to pull off such a prank with everyone.
