The debates among renowned TV panelists are gearing up ahead of the NFL season 2023-24. Analysts like Nick Wright, Colin Cowherd, Craig Carton, and Stephen A. Smith have already passed their remarks which created controversies. The latest to join this bandwagon of analysts is Greg Jennings, a 39-year-old analyst and a former wide receiver who played most of his seasons for the Green Bay Packers.
In his latest remarks on the talk show ‘First Things First,’ Jennings was spotted saying that this season The Denver Broncos can beat the defending champion the Kansas City Chiefs. His remark shocked a bunch of other panelists like Nick Wright and others.

In the discussion, Jennings was seen to debate whether teams can improve through their off-season campaigns. He seemed confident that multiple teams who are considered least favorites could improve through their pre-season journeys and could surprise others by beating favorites or title contenders. In an attempt to support his argument, the quarterback said, “It is happening Nick, it’s gonna happen this year. The Broncos will end up beating the Chiefs in one of these games or even in both games.”
The Kansas City Chiefs will start this year’s competition as the defending champion. Last season, they finished their regular season with a 14-3 record. They improved their winning track record and the performance of their star quarterback (QB), Patrick Mahomes, played a pivotal role in leading the team to achieve the Super Bowl title. The analysts have high hopes for him in this season as well.
Recently one of his videos went viral where he was spotted finding his teammate and the wide receiver Skyy Moore with a screen pass. The social media account of the team shared the video with the caption, “He’s just kidding… unless?”
How Denver Broncos can turn the tables this season
The Denver Broncos hit the training ground nearly a month ago. They had a disappointing last season with a record of 5-12. Hence, this season, they will seek to turn the tables under the coaching brilliance of Sean Payton.
To change results, the team will need Russel Willson in his best of forms. Willson was also a disappointment last year and this year he will be in a desperation to improve things. The team has bought DT Tomasi Laulile and seeking to explore trading opportunities for Colts’ RB Jonathan Taylor.
The Denver Broncos will start their NFL journey on 10 September 2023 against the Las Vegas Raiders. On the other hand, the Kansas City Chiefs will start their journey on 7 September against the Detroit Lions.
