Harrison Butker, the placekicker of the Kansas City Chiefs, recently shared his changed opinion on the iconic pop singer Taylor Swift. During a recent interview, the placekicker identified himself as a fan of the pop singer (Swifty) months after saying that he was not a great ‘Swift admirer.’

I was a little nervous to meet Taylor Swift—I mean, it’s Taylor Swift--So maybe I am a Swiftie, if I was nervous to meet her. But it was a great experience, and I can’t say enough great things about her.

The placekicker also wished both Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift for their happy and prosperous life in the coming time. Butler also wants both to get married and start a new family. He seemed happy about the progress of their relationship.

The change in Burker’s mentality towards the famed singer came after a few months when he first met the superstar couple of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. The presence of Swift in the dressing room of the Kansas City Chiefs had an impact on the players and Butker was certainly not an exception. However, when the media asked him about the experience of meeting Swift for the first time, he decided not to get carried away much. Hence, he shared he had a reserved opinion on the pop singer.

However, he revealed later that Swift was also impressed by the skills of the placekicker.

What are Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce doing now?

Since the beginning of the 2023-24 season, the dating rumors of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift started hitting the media space. Soon, the speculations became true and Swift, like a devotee to her partner’s cause, started gracing the NFL stadiums with her presence. She was present in all the big achievements of her partner, like winning the Super Bowl as well as the AFC Championship game.

Now, after the season is over, it is Kelce’s turn to be with his partner. The tight end was seen cheering for his partner in the Eras Tour‘s Sydney and Singapore legs. The roles of the two got reversed as soon as the season came to an end.

Presently, both are enjoying some quality time together. It is a break from their tiring and hectic schedule. The Eras Tour will resume in May and this is a much-needed break to Swift who has been on the road for quite some now.
