“ERECTION is about the people,” Herschel Walker hilariously messes up on National TV during election campaign as US Senator candidate

Herschel Walker had an illustrious career in the NFL playing as the RB for numerous teams like the Cowboys and the Giants. After completing his football career the former RB decided to commit himself to politics.

Walker is currently campaigning for the Republican Senate and was accompanied by Ted Cruz and Sen. Lindsay Graham for an interview where he had a terrible slip-up.

The former Cowboys RB mispronounced ‘election’ and ‘erection’ while the whole world was watching the interview on Fox. “This election is about more than Herschel Walker. This erection is about the people,” Walker said during a Tuesday appearance on Fox News.

The two senators alongside were embarrassed as they nodded and looked on. Walker has a really good chance of winning the election as he is in a close race with Democratic Sen. Raphael Warnock. The former NFL RB was endorsed by former President Donald Trump and is set to compete in the election in December.

Walker has a history of committing terrible mistakes while speaking to the public at large. The 60-year-old went off-topic during a speech for his election campaign and started to criticize werewolves and vampires.

“I don’t know if you know, but vampires are some cool people, are they not?” Walker said. “But let me tell you something that I found out: A werewolf can kill a vampire. Did you know that? I never knew that.” Walker stated in his campaign speech. “So, I don’t want to be a vampire anymore I want to be a werewolf.”

Herschel Walker was a great RB during his time

Herschel Walker played 13 seasons in the NFL and ended his career with 8,225 rushing yards and 61 touchdowns on 1,954 carries. The former Giants RB also added 512 receptions for 4,859 yards and 21 touchdowns.

Walker was a great athlete throughout his playing career but he didn’t reach the level required to be in the Hall of Fame, the former RB only made the Pro Bowls 2 times during his entire playing career. However, Walker was part of the Cowboys dynasty that ran a riot during the 1990s in the NFL.

There are conflicting views if Walker deserves to be in the Hall of Fame or not. Although the former RB only has only two Pro Bowls to make his case and that’s not enough to get into the Hall of Fame. Herschel Walker will just have to be content with politics for now.
