Derek Carr can’t be compared to the elite QBs in the NFL like Patrick Mahomes, Aaron Rodgers, Lamar Jackson and Tom Brady. According to Stephan Smith, Derek Carr has been getting more praise than he deserves. He is good but there’s a difference of level and skill between him and the above mentioned players.

The Raiders are looking good this season. They have a clear shot at winning their division and who knows maybe the Super Bowl. They have the best front office, coaching staff and roster in a long time.

The Raiders managed to make the playoffs last year among all the off-field issues, now they have a top WR, top 3 TE and a great QB in Derek Carr.

This season looks interesting for the Raiders and it will be exciting to see the Carr-Adams partnership in action. Raiders will start their season with a game against the Chargers in September.
