Josh Allen's stiff arming Nick Scott

Josh Allen is one of the most talented QBs in the league and an MVP favorite for this season. If his performance in the season opener against the LA Rams is anything to go by he may be a strong contender for the MVP trophy. Although it was not his abilities as a passer that caught the eye of the public the most.

Allen is a dual-threat QB and he can run it as well as he can pass it during one such rush in the game he stiff-armed Rams defender Nick Scott which drew comparisons to Tennesse Titans Derrick Henry‘s best in the game stiff arms. The Bills behind Allen’s great performance and their defense won comfortably 31-20 and many recognized the threat that the Bills and their Quarterback are to the competition this year.

The Buffalo Bills announced they are serious contenders for the title this year and their Quarterback Josh Allen is willing to do anything to win as he said-“Just trying to make a play for the team, just doing what I can do to try to get first down. That’s it. You know, guys appreciate that. I play hard. I want to win games no matter how I can do it.

Allen did more than enough to win this game against the LA Rams when he threw 26-of-31 completions for 297 yards and 3 TDs and rushed 10 times for 56 yards and one touchdown.

The winning mentality is necessary to win it all and Allen has it in abundance- “I like winning. Whatever I’m asked to do, I’m willing. And again, limiting the hits, obviously sliding, getting out of bounds. The utmost importance there, the best ability is availability. But again, when I’m called upon to do something for my team, I’m willing to do it.”

The Bills certainly announced themselves as contenders as they hope to win their 1st Super Bowl ever.
