Patrick Mahomes led the Kansas City Chiefs to the Super Bowl LVII win on Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles. The Chiefs made a brilliant comeback as they recorded a 38-35 win at Arizona.

Moreover another thing which needs to be kept in mind is that Patrick Mahomes did all of this with just one healthy ankle. We can only imagine what he could have done if he stood on two healthy ones!

Patrick Mahomes appeared to be considerable pain after suffering from a high ankle sprain but managed to rally the Chiefs as they overcame a 10 point halftime deficit as four drives ended in points

Stephen A Smith has rated Kansas City Chiefs quarterback as one of the top three quarterback of all time following the Super Bowl LVII win on Sunday. In the five years he’s played as a starting quarterback, Patrick Mahomes has established himself as one of the best of all time according to Smith.

Well, I got him top three,” Smith said on the First Take show. “Five years as a starter. Patrick Mahomes is 64 and 14. He’s never missed an AFC Championship Game. He’s gone to three Super Bowls; he’s won two Super Bowl titles, and, by the way, he was arguably the best player on the field on the Super Bowl that he lost; he was just running for his life because he had no offensive linesmen.”

Stephen A Smith commented that Patrick Mahomes’ records speak for themself as he has reached three Super Bowls in his time and has won two of them. Moreover even in the one that he lost, he was by far the best player on the pitch.

Smith said that Mahomes and Co had one of the toughest runs as they had- ” to go to the playoffs and beat Jacksonville, beat the Cincinnati Bengals, then to go up against a vaunted Philadelphia Eagles defence, be down ten points, on one leg basically, and come back and beat them in the second half.”
