There have been many instances where the NFL star quarterback has been referred to as G.O.A.T metaphorically, but never in the history of the league has a literal goat presented to honor the quarterback as “Greatest Of All Time.” Well, Isiah Pacheco made it happen for his quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, and that too, in the most fancy manner.
After firmly defending their Super Bowl crown in Las Vegas, the Kansas City Chiefs are now celebrating in their home– Kansas City through a victory parade with nearly a million fans lined across the streets. Adding more sparkle to the festivities, the Chiefs running back took an exciting walk carrying a baby goat in his hands.
The most fun part: the goat was wearing Mahomes’ jersey while the star RB held him like a baby in his hand, feeling absolutely proud of himself for doing it. The goat’s name is Patrick and merely seven days old, belonging to Laine Mae and Shannon Peterson.
The couple couldn’t find a babysitter for the goat so they decided to bring him to the championship parade. Their initial plan was to hold the baby goat up in the air like Simba from “The Lion King,” gesturing that the three-time Super Bowl champion is the G.O.A.T.
But as Pacheco spotted him, there couldn’t have been a better way to do it. This extraordinary act will forever be embark of the history of the Super Bowl parade festivities.
