Rich Eisen
Rich Eisen thinks that the friendly joint practices are getting out of hand with increasing brawls and fights. Recently, the Rams and Bengals were involved in a fight that saw helmets flying by Aaron Donald. According to reports, The Rams DT was acting like a ‘savage’ and throwing helmets at the Bengals player.
People are demanding suspension for the accused but Rich Eisen believes that it won’t happen because NFL is not responsible for fights that happen in the practice and it’s up to the respective teams to handle it. The actions conducted by Aaron Donald were a complete copy of Myles Garrett’s outburst in an NFL game who was suspended indefinitely after his behaviour.
Rich Eisen stated on the ‘Rich Eisen show’ that it was the NFL’s fault that allowed this matchup to take place. The Rams and Bengals had faced each other for the prestigious Super Bowl in February where the Bengals had to taste defeat. Therefore, there was bad blood between the teams during practice.
“The league should have purview over joint-practice sessions”: Rich Eisen offers a solution to the NFL

Rich Eisen believes that the NFL should start conducting supervising joint-practice sessions because the stakes are already very high when two teams meet to practice and play a friendly. “The league might have to step in, certainly if you put teams together who may have issues against one another like the Rams-Bengals.” Rich Eisen on the ‘Rich Eisen show.
“The NFL should be able to step in and if there’s a rule against it, change it.” Rich Eisen’s message to the NFL regarding suspending Aaron Donald. If two teams are playing each other even if it is friendly, it should be a league issue. This was not the first time Aaron Donald expressed such behaviour.
The NFL need to watch every game practice or not and they should keep an eye on the conduct of every NFL player, there is a serious discipline problem in the NFL and many people don’t respect the game enough to follow the code of conduct.
