Jack Jones and the New England Patriots fans have a score to settle amongst themselves. The Patriots’ 2022 fourth-round pick was let go after just two seasons in Foxborough to the Las Vegas Raiders. And if rumors are to be believed, the goodbyes weren’t pleasant.

Since then, he has succeeded in establishing himself as a starter in Sin City under his former school coach, Antonio Pierce. Even though he is no longer part of the Patriots organization, fans of the Boston team can’t seem to forgive the 26-year-old cornerback for leaving.

During a recent Instagram Live, he let everything out and spoke his mind about how he felt about the Patriots fans. Jones expected that, generally, he wouldn’t be allowed to interact with the fans, keeping his team management in the dark, but according to him, they had it coming.

They hate to see that, [bro]. I'm going to keep it real. These fans are so used to players not interacting and not commenting back, just because we are coached and taught to do that. I'm not even supposed to be responding to [y'all, bro]. I'm not even supposed to be talking to y'all.

Jack Jones defends Mac Jones from the Patriots fans

This began with the Jacksonville Jaguars posting a video of former Patriots quarterback Mac Jones. The short clip showed that the ex-Alabama player was smiling and felt comfortable being more open about himself because he was no longer in New England

Jack Jones chimed in about why there was a change in the 25-year-old’s demeanor, with whom he played for one season. He claimed the reason Jones’ time in Boston was cut short was not because of Bill Belichick but rather the ever-demanding Patriots fans.

He shared a tweet in response with numerous thumbs-down emojis.

They said Mac look happier in Jax; lol, it was NE; it wasn’t Bill NE fans x1000000000000.

Jones’ anger toward the Pats nation did not stop there. He wrote an additional, longer post, bashing the fans and praising the Raiders faithful.

Pats fans didn’t like that comment. LOL, stop acting like y'all run the world and players don’t fuc up.. players fuc up and y'all don’t run the world. Fan said "You would feel the same way (tried to say Mac had a trash season). Let me see a fan win a game in the NFL.

He followed it up with another message in the comment section addressed to the fans. This time he mocked them by saying they can’t throw a pass and yet are ready to criticize football players.

BETTER YET COMPLETE A PASS IN A GAME.. fans [trash] for acting like they can do better than ANY football player on ANY ROSTER.. let players build and develop into their best player on and off the field without the negativity from fans that cheer for the team.

It would seem that this was the last time (for the time being) Jack Jones would reply to the Patriots fans. ,

I’m done talking about the Pats fans and reporters from over there. Raider Nation from here on out.
On Sunday, Jones tweeted

It would be interesting to see how long this will last. But, as Jones mentioned, he has no business talking about a franchise that doesn’t employ him anymore. Jones should only focus on how to make the Las Vegas Raiders competitive once again.
