Court documents reveal SHOCKING details regarding Patrick Mahomes’ brother Jackson’s aggravated sexual battery charges

Fans across the NFL have known Jackson Mahomes, the brother of Patrick Mahomes, to be a rather wild individual. This time, however, his casual behavior has landed him in some serious legal trouble. Earlier in February, it was reported that Jackson misbehaved at a restaurant in Overland Park, Kansas, and pushed a worker at the outlet. Things took a turn for the worse when he proceeded to grab the owner of the restaurant by the throat and forcefully kiss her.
A recent court document released on Monday revealed these serious allegations levied against the brother of Patrick Mahomes. The incident in question took place on the 25th of February this year. Authorities in Overland Park, Kansas arrived at the scene and responded to a call made by a man who claimed that Jackson Mahomes pushed his son, who worked at the Aspens Restaurant as per FOX 4 KC.
The son told authorities that the brother of the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback pushed him when he was trying to get his water bottle from the office of the restaurant. While Jackson did attempt to apologize and sort things out eventually, things got worse when authorities got access to the surveillance footage and interviewed the owner of the restaurant.

The incident involving Jackson Mahomes took place in February this year
The owner of the restaurant, Jackson Mahomes, told her he wanted to talk to her, and the duo went into her office. Mahomes, after entering the office, closed the door before grabbing the woman by the throat, forcing her head back, and kissing her three times as per the law enforcement authorities. Here’s where it gets messed up, the woman never consented to it and attempted to push Jackson away.
She suffered minor injuries to the neck during the scuffle and was allegedly told not to tell anyone what had taken place; however, she revealed the entire incident to two servers. Jackson did not leave immediately after this incident; he went back to the office and attempted to make things better by stating what he would do in order to help the restaurant thrive. He was reluctant to leave until she gave him a hug.
The restaurant owner revealed the entire ordeal to her boyfriend, who proceeded to escort Jackson Mahomes and his entire group out of the restaurant as per an affidavit. Jackson is scheduled to return to court on Tuesday, when a judge will rule on a bond modification motion. He has reportedly made a request to communicate with witnesses involved in the case but has assured that the communications will not relate to the charges against him.
He was charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of battery in Johnson County, Kansas. His bond was valued at $100,000, and as per the terms of the bond, he and his attorney were prohibited from making any public statements about this case. Jackson’s legal representative vehemently denied the allegations in March, before he was charged by authorities.
He released this statement, “Jackson has done nothing wrong. Our investigation has revealed substantial evidence refuting the claims of Jackson’s accuser, including the statements of several witnesses. We have reached out to law enforcement to provide the fruit of our investigation so that they may have a complete picture of the matter.”
