His new contract with the Eagles will see him earn $255 million for five years with $180 million in guaranteed money. Owing to the new elephantine new contract, he got his name entrenched in the history books. This new contract has put all the limelight on Hurts, and surely, he deserves all the fame after a record-breaking season in Philly.
Hurt’s agent and long-time friend Nicole Lynn made this exceptional deal possible. Lynn has shown incredible confidence in the young QB and believes that he is the best in the NFL.
Lynn considers Hurts as her little brother and recently compared the Eagles QB to the NBA legend Kobe Bryant and Pop legend Beyonce. She also gave an explanation for the bizarre comparison.
“He’s a mixture of Kobe Bryant and Beyoncé. Even when you’re talking to him, you want more. You don’t really know him. He’s not intentionally secretive but naturally has this elusive I need to know, I need more. That’s Beyoncé,” Lynn stated. “And as for the late Kobe Bryant? “Jalen’s got the Kobe obsessive work ethic. Shooting for greatness. And never satisfied.”
Hurts has put every on notice of his talents after his record-breaking season with the Eagles, where they made it to the Super Bowl. However, they ended up on the losing column. Regardless, it was a commendable run, and the QB is confident that he can do it again.

The 24-year-old was born in a humble environment in Houston, Texas. Soon he found his love for the sport and slowly started to rise up the ranks. Jalen Hurts was then recruited by the University of Oklahoma and established great performances there, which helped him get drafted by the Eagles in the NFL draft.
Apart from coming from humble beginnings, Hurts always knew that he was going to find himself playing in the NFL. However, he didn’t know how but was always certain. This confidence helped him rise in the NFL and make himself one of the best QBs in the league.
