It’s only natural that there will be fights between siblings while they are growing up, and the Kelce brothers are no different. Jason Kelce revealed that once he became so angry that he punched his brother, Travis Kelce.

Few months back, the All-Pro Philadelphia Eagles center attended NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal‘s The Big Podcast after Travis bagged his third Super Bowl ring a day earlier. Jason revealed that he and Travis grew up in Westlake, Cleveland, in the suburbs of Ohio.

The 36-year-old, being the older one, was always bigger, which meant he was physically stronger than Travis. As a result, Jason would dominate sports activities and beat his younger brother. But as they grew older, a growth spurt kicked in and caught up with Jason.

Trav' was a freshman. He had just gotten taller then. He was always more athletic.
Jason said

Shag replied with a grin and said,

So he's feeling himself?

Jason replied:

I'm getting pissed off that he's feeling himself. We're out in the backyard, and he starts just driving and doing this stupid little hook shot.

He added that Travis continued to annoy him with his ticks. The frustration, in the end, got the better of him. To get back at his brother, Jason resorted to the obvious. He fouled Travis, who said, as per Jason,

That's bulls***; that's a foul.

But the older Kelce shrugged his shoulders at the accusation. But Travis then picked up the ball and threw it straight at Jason. This made him angrier, and he followed Travis inside the house and grabbed him by the shoulder.

So I go in there. I grab him on the shoulder, and I punch him.
Jason told the Los Angeles Lakers legend.

How did the fight between Jason and Travis resolve?

Jason revealed that he punched Travis right in the face. The Cincinnati alumnus could have hit his brother anywhere, but he went for the most valuable part of his body. Shaq and co-host Adam Lefkoe were quite taken aback by the story. But they were eager to hear how it finished, and Jason continued with the rest of it.

He revealed that Travis ate the punch and retaliated by slamming into him. The impact knocked the oven off the rack. Hearing the commotion, their father, Ed Kelce, came running into the kitchen. Ed grabbed Jason from behind to break up the fight.

Travis pushes me back on top of dad, and the only thing that stopped the fight was my dad screaming, 'Oh my ribs'.
Jason added

The pair stopped bickering to look at their dad, who could have been injured. Jason said that they had had fights several times, but this was only the second and last time he hit Travis. Shaq later even gave Jason Kelce retirement advice.
