On Sunday, the San Francisco 49ers defeated the Dallas Cowboys on the field in a dominant fashion in their week 5 matchup. Following that game, the Niners and the Cowboys players have been taking shots at each other. The Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons sent a warning to George Kittle over the 49ers tight end’s F**k Dallas T-shirt. As a retort, the Niners wide receiver Deebo Samuel fired back at the Cowboys LB. Amidst this back and forth, the Niners defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw fuels the fire to rivalry by posting a picture of a Cowboys.
In his Instagram profile, the Niners defensive lineman Javon Kinlaw posted a weird picture of a Cowboys player kneeling down near Kinlaw’s private area. Furthermore, the Niners DT wrote “Sucka” as the caption on the image. The image is from the week 5 matchup between the Dallas-based football team and the 49ers.
The Cowboys player in the picture seems like the offensive lineman Chuma Edoga. But it could easily be someone else, since the picture was so blurry. The picture in question was later shared on the social media platform X and it became a topic for discussion. Fans of the Dallas-based franchise were not happy with the cheapshot by Kinlaw.

Kinlaw had a solid outing on Sunday as he played 22 snaps and was one of the top 5 PFF best-graded defensive players on the 49ers team. In the end, the Niners trashed the Cowboys on the field and handed them a humiliating 42-10 loss. With that victory, the 49ers improved to 5-0 and remain one of the only two undefeated teams in the ongoing NFL season.
Nonetheless, the Cowboys could again possibly end up facing the San Francisco 49ers if they both made the playoffs. The rematch would be a very interesting one, given everything that went down after their week 5 matchup off the field.

49ers DE Javon Kinlaw hasn’t lived up to the potential
In the 2020 NFL Draft, the 49ers drafted the highly-touted defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw in the first round (14th overall). However, Kinlaw hasn’t lived up to his potential in his 4-year-long career so far.

Kinlaw had a promising rookie season 1.5 sacks and 1 interceptions. But since then, injuries have limited his game time and performances in the league. In the last three seasons, Kinlaw hasn’t registered a single sack.
As a result, the Niners haven’t picked up the fifth-year option of the former first-round draft pick. Now, Kinlaw has to have a remarkable for the 49ers or any other team in the league to consider giving him a second contract in the NFL.
