Jerry Jones is currently one of the most controversial figures in the NFL. The Cowboys owner has managed to stay in the headlines for the past couple of months due to different controversies.
Jones was under scrutiny recently after his picture from 1957 went viral where he was seen standing as a part of a protest related to the anti-segregation incident.
However, the billionaire owner has found himself in another controversy as he recently called out the U.S reforms committee for being politically biased when they released a report on charges against Dan Snyder and workplace misconduct in the Commanders organization.
Jones didn’t believe in the allegations and has shown complete support for Commanders owner Snyder amidst countless allegations against him.
“It’s that stupid,” Jones added on 103.5 ‘The Fan‘. “My point is there is biasness all the way through. There are stories behind the stories. The facts are that Mr. Snyder’s minority partners really went out a long way to try and make him sell. He ended up buying them out. But a lot of this is that.”
The Cowboys owner also took a shot at the Democratic party by calling them biased and stating that the report wouldn’t have come out if the Republicans were in power.

Jerry Jones mentored Dan Snyder during his initial years as Commanders owner

Jerry Jones is one of the most influential team owners in the NFL and he took Snyder under his wing to teach him the ropes of handling the organization.
Soon after, Snyder was accused of workplace misconduct and was also alleged to hiding the accusations by the U.S reforms commitee. The committee said the investigation found that “sexual harassment, bullying and other toxic conduct pervaded” the Commanders’ organization, “perpetuated by a culture of fear instilled” by Snyder.
The Commanders are up for sale currently and Jones doesn’t believe there’s a need to sell the team and has shown complete confidence in his understudy Dan Snyder.
“I was among the handful of owners that looked at all of the transcripts. That looked at all of the messages. That looked at all of the data.” Jerry Jones stated. “This attorney is trying to — is on a campaign — the woman attorney, to stop having settlements. When you have workplace settlements that’s another issue. But that’s a part of why this has the front that it has.”
Although Jones has shown complete support for Snyder, many owners don’t share the same opinion as the Colts owner Jim Irsay openly criticized the Commanders’ owner and asked for his removal.
