The Tennessee Titans‘ quarterback Will Levis impressed everyone with his brilliant performance against the Miami Dolphins on Monday night game of week 14. The rookie QB went clutch on Monday Night Football and secured a crucial win for the team. He threw a touchdown pass to the wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins, with 2:40 minutes remaining in the game.
With the 45-yard bomb to Hopkins, Levis triggered astonishment among analysts, enthusiasts, and fans likewise. The New York Jets cornerback (CB) Sauce Gardner was so impressed that he shared an old tweet. In April, Gardner had tweeted “Will Levis… God makes no mistakes. You will be great.” He reshared the tweet after witnessing the great performance of the quarterback on Monday “I meannnnn” implying “I said so”.
The tweet has some history to cite. Levis was projected as one of the top-five picks ahead of the season. But the draft was halted by the Titans. There were some unavoidable complications and the QB’s drafting went to round two. At that time, it was Sauce Gardner who supported the QB.
After the brilliance against the Dolphins, it was a moment of joy for Gardner. The performance was enough to prove the worth of the words that he wrote earlier.
Amid a poor performance of his franchise, Sauce Gardner showed some individual brilliance. He has made 47 combined tackles. The CB went for 33 solo challenges with 14 combined ones. Despite a poor season so far, the Jets can bank on him for the next season.
The Jets finally registered a win on Sunday against the Houston Texans. With the help of Zach Wilson‘s stellar performance, the Jets bulldozed the Texans 30-6.
Aaron Rodgers got the medical clearance to start for the Jets
After a devastating injury suffered in the first game, Aaron Rodgers is all set to make a comeback in the Jets colors. It was earlier thought that Rodgers would return only if the Jets could make it to the playoffs. However, a change in his mind was reported by Jay Glazer, a Fox sports journalist. He said that Rodgers could start in the match on the 2nd of December.
As things stand right now, Rodgers can make a comeback against the Washington Commanders on the Christmas matchday. He has reportedly got the green signal from the team’s medical staff.

The return of Rodgers can write new hopes for the New York Jets for the 2024 season. The Jets are set to face the Miami Dolphins in week 15.
